Celeste - French célesta, alteration of céleste, meaning heavenly

Celeste is a wonderful cremello welsh section A filly. Bought at a few days old as a foal at foot with her dam when I was looking for a palomino mare to join the stud, Celeste proved to be as valuable an addition to the stud as her dam the beautiful medal winning mare Ringstead Charming Lass. Celeste is a superb cremello, with four long white stockings and a pretty blaze. Celeste's dam is our multiple medal winning mare Ringstead Charming Lass - she is almost unbeaten in the show ring, with 5 medals to her name (Bronze and Silver) and is a multiple Supreme Champion. Celeste has inherited her dam's fantastic paces and stunning looks. Her sire is the famous supreme champion Owston Harvest whose dam Penboeth Yoyo has been hugely successful in the show ring and is a Supreme Champion and medal winner, as indeed is his full sister Owston Hoity Toity. Like Celeste's dam, Harvest is a striking golden palomino with four long stockings, blaze and a beautiful white mane and tai and is an outstanding mover with a superb front. This superb stallion has been at stud at some of the top studs in the UK including Springbourne, Blanche and Friars, with several of his foals already highly successful in the show ring.
