	I have always been passionate about welsh section Ds and the stud currently has twelve fantastic cobs, all of them are by Supreme Champion and most of them are by RWAS winning stallions. As a small stud striving to breed quality palomino welsh cobs I hope that by using mares and stallions from top class bloodlines I will breed true-to-type foals with excellent temperaments, conformation and action. I am honoured to have been allowed to buy some beautiful foundation mares and colts and hope you enjoy looking at their photos as much as I adore looking at them in the field! In 2005 Cherimarie produced a stunning buckskin (dun) colt foal, Taraco Fiasco, who has now been retained to be shown and hopefully run on as a future stallion. Fiasco is something special and he knows it and I am thrilled to have been persuaded to keep him on! Fiasco has been a huge success already - lightly shown as a yearling and a 3 year old he is virtually unbeaten and is a firm favourite but at home and with those that have seen him in action! I absolutely adore this colt and feel incredibly priviliged to have bred and owned such a wonderful colt. Regrettably a tragic accident whilst away being shown in early 2008 brought his already very successful showing career to a stand still however we are still hopeful that he will be able to take his place as our stud stallion in due course. 	Taraco Fiasco Section D stallion foaled 2005 A stunning buckskin stallion by Supreme Champion Danaway Flash Jack and out of Danaway Cherimarie (by Tireinon Triple Crown). This substantial stallion (now 5 years old) is a full brother to Danaway Fantasy and has been retained to show and as a future stud stallion. Practically unbeaten as a yearling this colt had a fantastic season culminating in a great win at the Royal of England! Only beaten into 2nd place one by one other colt in 2006.He continued his winning ways first time out in 2008 but was then unfortunately retired home due to a serious accident shortly afterwards.

	Taraco Firecracker Section D colt foaled 2009 A gorgeous palomino colt by the Supreme Champion stallion Danaway Tango (by Tireinon Triple Crown) and out of my original foundation mare Danaway Fantasy (by Danaway Flash Jack). This striking colt is an outstanding mover with a fantastic front, nice and deep through the body with a beautiful head and eye. Combining the best lines and some truly awe-inspiring stallions in his immediate pedigree - Danaway Tango, Danaway Flash Jack, Nebo Brenin, Tireinon Triple Crown, Trevallion Flash Jack - this colt is breathtaking!

	Trevallion Carmen Section D mare foaled 1992 An exceptionally old-fashioned mare by Derwen Telynor and out ofa mare by Cippyn Real Magic this gorgeous 14.1hh mare joined the stud as an old lady in 2009. She is a spectacularly deep-bodied mare, with great bone and feather, the huge action you would expect from her breeding and a great temperament. Sadly not in foal this lovely mare has been retired from breeding for the moment and has been broken to ride - she is assured a safe future under saddle as a happy hacker in a very special home with Alison and when the time comes to retire fully she will return home to Taraco Stud.

	Danaway Fantasy Section D mare foaled 2000 The foundation mare of the stud this beautiful palomino mare is by Supreme Champion Danaway Flash Jack. She combines the best bloodlines of Trevallion Flash Jack, Brynymor Welsh Magic and Nebo Brenin. Had two smashing colts for us Taraco Fireblade and Taraco Firecracker, followed by the beautiful palomino filly Taraco Florentina (sold to USA) and is safely scanned back in foal to Danaway Tango for 2011!

	Danaway Cherimarie Section D mare foaled 1995 A delightful liver chestnut mare by Supreme Champion Tireinon Triple Crown and out of Rainhill Fantasy (by Brynymor Welsh Magic). She is half sister to the multiple prize winner Danaway Tango and dam of Danaway Fantasy, Taraco Fabio (in Denmark), Taraco Fernando (in Scotland), Taraco Figaro (sold to Australia) and Taraco Fiasco. Covered and scanned in foal to Danaway Flash Jack for 2011!

	Danaway Ribbon Section D mare foaled 2000 Lovely chestnut mare by Supreme Champion Tireinon Triple Crown and out of Trefforest Ribbon (by Nebo Daniel). She is half sister to the multiple prize winner Danaway Tango and our own mare Danaway Cherimarie. Ribbon had a beautiful filly by Prince of Wales Cup winner Gwynfaes Culhwch in 2010 who has been retained as a future broodmare. She is now safely scanned in foal to Taraco Fiasco for 2011.

	Danaway Carolina Section D mare foaled 1997 This fantastic mare is a very welcome addition to the stud being by the superb stockgetter Trevallion Valentino and out of one of my favourite old mares, Rhosygarreg Brenhines who in turn was by the great Nebo Brenin. As you would expect from her breeding this is a massive, powerful moving mare with great bone and feather, and depth combining quality with old fashioned welsh cob type. Shown as a youngster this gorgeous mare was a top show mare and medal winner which is no surprise as she has an unbelievable pedigree that features the very best stallions in her immediate pedigree! This gorgeous medal winning mare joined Taraco Stud in 2009 and I am thrilled to have been able to add a mare of this breeding and calibre to the stud. She had a gorgeous bay colt by Danaway Tango in 2010 and is now scanned in foal to Danaway Flash Jack for 2011.

	Mathfred April Section D mare foaled 1997 I am delighted to announce that this gorgeous mare has joined Taraco Stud in foal to the Supreme Champion stallion Bookham Lodge Nelson (Trevallion Hooch x Synod Rose Pipit). Already a big winner and Supreme Champion in hand (including 2005 Cuddy Champion at Kent County where she was HOYS qualifier) this lovely mare has the type, temperament, quality and action you would expect from this breeding. It is a privilege to have yet another high quality mare at the stud. With Royal Welsh winners throughout her pedigree we were thrilled with her second foal for us in 2010 - gorgeous chestnut colt by Danaway Tango. She has been left empty for 2011 and will be covered early next year.

	Paith Magical Rockset Section D mare foaled 1996 A stunning smokey cream mare that joined the stud in 2006. This unique big-moving mare is by Supreme Champion Paith Magical Meredith and was bought to bring in an outcross as she combines some fantastic breeding including Paith Magical Meredith, Thorneyside Flyer and Llanarth Meredith Ap Braint. She has siblings on several continents including USA and is a fantastic mare in every way. Dam of Taraco Montana, Taraco Morocco, Taraco Mourinho (sold to USA) and scanned in foal to Trevallion Conan for 2011.
	Taraco Donatella Section D filly foaled 2010 A gorgeous filly by the Prince of Wales cup winner Gwynfaes Culhwch and out of our gorgeous mare Danaway Ribbon by Tireinon Triple Crown. She has a phenomenal pedigree and features some wonderful welsh cobs and Royal Welsh winners throughout her pedigree. This filly has depth, type, action and attitude to die for all bundled in a friendly and kind package. A very special lady and a wonderful outcross for me in the future. I am very excited about watching her unfold and hope to see her out in the show ring in 2011.

	Taraco Amira Section D filly foaled 2009 This beautiful bay filly was a dream come true - out of the prizewinning mare Mathfred April (top priced mare at the 2008 cob sales) and by Supreme Champion Bookham Lodge Nelson (by Trevallion Hooch). Amira combines some of the best bloodlines from Trevallion, Synod, Nebo, Thorneyside and Danaway - her grandsires are Danaway Flash Jack and Trevallion Hooch, her great grandsires are Trevallion Flash Jack, Thorneyside Flyer and Nebo Daniel. A beautiful filly with a truly wonderful temperament she is a pleasure to have at the stud.

	Taraco Bonita Section D filly foaled 2009 A really smashing palomino filly by Supreme Champion Trevallion Valentino and out of a Nebo Thomas mare. Her maternal brother was exported to Czech Republic in 2008 and her dam was exported to Germany in 2009 whilst this filly was retained to take her dam's place. A real show off, she oozes welsh quality and attitude and we look forward to showing her in the future.

	Brynaur Lowri Elen Section D mare foaled 1998 A beautiful 15hh deep-bodied, old-fashioned, mare by the great Nebo Daniel and out of a mare by Nebo Magic. She is linebred to the wonderful mare Nebo Rosebud (dam of Nebo Brenin) and features all time greats like Nebo Black Magic, Llanarth Braint, Mathrafal and Pentre Eiddwen Comet in her immediate pedigree. This mare was bought as an outcross to my Trevallion Flash Jack lines and we hope that she will have some wonderful foals for us in the future. She is scanned in foal to Taraco Fiasco for 2011.
